Urgent: 6.0-magnitude quake hits 12 km south of Honaunau-Napoopoo, Hawaii -- USGS

BEIJING, May 23 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.0 jolted 12 km south of Honaunau-Napoopoo, Hawaii on Friday evening, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 22.4 km, was initially determined to be at 19.34 degrees north latitude and 155.84 degrees west longitude.
